250 g Vegetable Shortening
12 tbsp. powdered milk
12 tbsp. cocoa (good quality)
250 g pure icing sugar
Pinch of salt


Put all dry ingredients into the sifter and sift into a bowl. Melt vegetable shortening in a pot. Add cool melted shortening into the dry mixture and mix throughly until its incorporated.  The mixture will look runny.

Pour in an 8″ x 12″ baking pan which has been lined with parchment paper.

Place in the refridgerator for 1 – 2 hours. Now enjoy!
