How to Make a Healthy Fruit Shake
3 Ice cubes
1 banana
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp grenadine syrup*
Combine orange juice and ice in blender. Blend until ice has been chopped up. Peel and break up banana; blend in until smooth. Add pineapple juice and grenadine syrup; blend well. Pour into glasses and serve with straws.
Makes 2 drinks.
*Grenadine syrup (a cherry-flavored syrup used in many mixed drinks and Shirley Temples, etc.) can be found in supermarkets, usually in the soda pop section.
